While we love animals, we ask that you leave your pets at home when visiting Honor Aesthetics and Wellness. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will kindly ask you to remove the animal from our facility. Your cooperation in leaving your pet at home helps prevent any disruption or inconvenience to our clients. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for the well-being of all our guests at Honor Aesthetics and Wellness.

Pet Policy

At Honor Aesthetics and Wellness, we delight in the joy that children bring. However, we kindly request that you arrange childcare before your appointment to ensure the safety of your children and maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients.

Children Policy

SERVICES
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for services that have been rendered. Aesthetic outcomes can vary greatly from person to person, and although we strive to achieve the desired results, we cannot guarantee them. Clients assume responsibility for any additional treatments required to reach their desired outcomes.

RETAIL
Refunds are not available for purchased products. In the case of a defective product, exchanges can be made within 14 days, limited to the same product only. No refunds are available for gift card purchases, prepaid packages, or membership credits.

Refund PolicY

At Honor Aesthetics and Wellness, we maintain a 48-hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy to ensure optimal access to appointments for our clients and to respect the valuable time of our providers. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or the appointment is missed, a $150 fee will be applied to the card on file.

After two instances of no-shows and/or late cancellations, clients must prepay in full for future services when booking appointments. The prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. 

Recognizing the advanced scheduling of our providers, often weeks to months in advance, is essential in respecting their time. When you book an appointment at Honor Aesthetics, that time is reserved solely for you, and last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill promptly to serve another client. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our policy, which helps the Honor Aesthetics team consistently provide excellent service to all clients while respecting our highly skilled providers’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you signify your agreement to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Arriving late to your appointment may reduce the time available for your valuable treatment. Our aim is to complete your entire session within the scheduled time, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
